Steve Dreyer is Founder of Ostrich Advisors, LLC.  Through an extensive career as an analyst and executive, he has developed a deep understanding of key strategic and financial risks in insurance, infrastructure and power markets.  His professional background includes:
 

• consulting for a major insurance trade association, an electric power grid operator, a credit rating agency, and a U.S. government agency (2017 to present) 

• serving as Director of the Federal Insurance Office in the U.S. Treasury (2018)

• head of Investor Communications - Americas at S&P Global Ratings (2015-17)

• head of U.S. Utilities & Infrastructure at S&P Global Ratings (2006-15)

• head of U.S. Insurance Ratings at S&P Global Ratings (2000-06)
